QUESTION: How do I access my ‘online’ account?

QUESTION: Where does PRBL normally send email when communicating with parents ?

ANSWER: We send it to the ‘primary’ email address on the account. This is the same email address that you use to login and access your account.

QUESTION: I have changed my ‘primary’ email address and would like to update my ‘online account’.

ANSWER: Access your online account (see above FAQ) and click on “Username and Password”. You can then click where it indicates to change your username and password.

QUESTION: Can I request a particular day for my child to practice ?

RESPONSE: No ! With all the children in our program, ages, grade levels, skill levels, teams, schools, divisions, practice days, practice times, coaches and commissioners, and other factors, PRBL cannot take such requests.

QUESTION: Can my Child play on the same team with a friend ?

RESPONSE: No. With all the children in our program, ages, grade levels, skill levels, teams, schools, divisions, practice days, practice times, coaches and commissioners, and other factors, PRBL cannot take such requests.

QUESTION: Does PRBL issue refunds if my child does not play after I register him/her ?

RESPONSE: No.

QUESTION: Is it possible to request a particular coach?

RESPONSE: No.

QUESTION: Can I be an Assistant Coach with a friend of mine ?

RESPONSE: The Commissioner for each age group selects Coaches for the Division. The Commissioner generally does not allow Head Coaches to pick their assistant Coach. Assistant Coaches are randomly selected and placed as needed.

QUESTION: What is involved in the Kindergartener and First Grade program ?

RESPONSE: The K-1 level is COED. The program consist of one day per week, practice/gametime. It also provides the Saturday morning clinic run by the PHS Varsity Teams. However, unlike our other divisions, they do not normally start until the first week of December. Your childs ‘one hour’ could be on Friday evening (between 5:30 and 8:30), or on Saturday (between the hours of 9 and 5). At the beginning of the season we will give you a schedule for the entire season, for each week, which informs you of the date and time of each practice/game. This is an introductory level primarily for fun and introduction of some basic skills. Kids dont even have to be abel to spell the word basketball to have fun. This division receives Awards at the end of the season and has a special Fun Day too.

QUESTION: What is the program for Second Graders ?

RESPONSE: Please see information under our PROGRAMS button. Second Graders (which are COED) have one hour of practice during the week, like every other division. It could be scheduled on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evening. However, once we set the schedule for your childs team, they will always practice the same day each week (with an exception at times).

We generally schedule the Second Grade practice time from 6 to 7 PM, or in some cases 7PM to 8PM at the latest.

QUESTION: Does PRBL give discounts for families with multiple players ?

ANSWER: No. Its simply not in our rate structure.
